The 140 page book ‘For the Fallen’ is based on the larger sized leather bound Book of Remembrance of which only three copies were made. 1,000 copies of ‘For the Fallen were produced and it has been eagerly sought out by Loughborough people – the book is also available on-line through the Charnwood Arts’ ISSUU account. The additional 40 pages in this second book offer more information of what life was like in Loughborough before and during the war along with a lengthier account of the Zeppelin raid on the town and an account of the Centenary Project itself.

Copies of the book are no longer available but the Book of Remembrance may be viewed at All Saints Church and at Loughborough Carillon Tower and War Museum.
